Which countries does Queen B ship to?
For now, we ship only in Europe territory. All orders from abroad are shipped via express air with leading company DHL. All orders within Romania’s borders are delivered with local leading delivery company Fan Courier Express.
Unfortunatly, deliveries to military addresses, APO/DPO or PO boxes are not possible.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery time is: 15 – 21 days from the date of payment in Europe. The provided delivery date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors the delivery date could be different as the confirmed date.
How can I enjoy free shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over € 250 out of the production country (Romania – EU). Shipping is free for orders over € 150 in Romania. For orders below this value shipping costs will be at a flat rate of 19,95 € (regardless of the number of products) – for orders shipped out of the production country, and 4,5 € for Romania.
How can I put my orders together so I can save the shipping costs?
Please send a request via e-mail at email@example.com. We can put the orders together for you so you can benefit of free shipping. In this case the delivery time will be 15-21 days from the last order.
How can I reorganise the delivery of my order?
If you already know that you will not be at home when the shipping company plans to deliver your parcel or if you were not at home when the shipping company tried to deliver your parcel, please directly contact the local office of the shipping company

What payment options does Queen B offer?
Queen B offers safe and easy payments by card (Visa/Visa Electron and Mastercard/Maestro) or Paypal.
Queen B accepts payment in all currencies available on market: Euros, British Pounds, U.S. Dollars, Czech koruna, etc.
Can I pay per bank transfer?
If you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact us on support@queen-of-business. We will give you all required information on how to proceed.
Are these payment options safe?
If you have chosen the “Online banking card” payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secured payment processor page.

Can I add an additional attire to my order?
As long as your order has not been sent, you can add any attire, please contact our customer service team. Please note that your order may be delayed.
I want to add something to my order that is not available on the website, what should I do?
If you want to specify some measurement that you were not asked for or order a style that is not available on the website, please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I customize products for different people in the same order?
At the moment the system allows only one profile per account.
If you want to customize products with different profiles you would have to make it in different accounts.
Can I send two orders together?
As long as none of your orders has been sent, we can send two or more orders together. If you have paid shipping costs because your order was below 250 euros/ 150 euros, we will refund them. Please contact us.
My order is missing an item, what should I do?
Please follow the steps below:

The following conditions apply for resends:
– You’ll have to wright us within 7 days after receiving the order
– If an accessory is missing, we will pay for the shipping costs
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately and the production process is commenced instantly. Please note that cancellation of orders is not possible after the transaction is completed.
What if my attire does not fit?
If your attire does not fit, Queen B – women business attire – will cover your product alterations up to 10% of the product price.
To request a refund for the alterations, the following steps need to be followed: take your attire to the closest local tailor (or alterations shop), send us an e-mail to email@example.com and attach the invoice. We will refund you in the next 3 working days. You must complaint for the alterations within 30 days after receiving the attire. Costs will only be reimbursed if you provide a real invoice within 30 days after delivery.
How can I create a profile with my measurements?
To create a profile, please follow these steps:
Can I use my profile for future orders?
Yes, in order to save time you can also order without entering your measurements once again. For this, please:
- Add the products to the cart
- Click on “Add measurements”
- Log into your user account by entering your email address and password
Note that the system already has all your measurements saved, so that you can get any other attire without measuring yourself again. Please also bear in mind that you can always make changes before paying.
When does the system ask for the measurements?
The system will ask for the measurements or standard sizes at the checkout cart.
Why does the system only asks for my measurements once?
You won’t have to take your measurements for your next orders. The system has already saved your measurements in your profile.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer small gifts in every order above 150 euros. Also, from time to time we will have vouchers and promotions. Just be vigilant!
How can I redeem a promotional a voucher?
In your shopping cart, below your product summary, you will find this text:

Does Queen B offer clothing by sizes?
Queen B does offer standard clothes too. If you know that a standard size fits you we will have it done on the size you want.
Can I order fabric samples?
Queen B offers a samples service to our customers in order to make the best fabric choice before they place an order.
We actually offer fabric samples for suit, coat and trenchcoat.
There is no service for shirt fabric samples.
You may receive your samples order in aproximately 5 days after placing the order.

Does Queen B offer standard sizes?
Queen B offers standard sizes too. The system will ask for the measurements or standard sizes at the checkout cart. You will also find this attire category in the webshop.

Queen B currently provides customer service in English and Romanian where you can have your questions directly answered and 24/7 per email. We unfortunately do not have a call service.
