Return Policy

We have no return or refund policy, as each item ordered is made individually according to your preferences and there is no resale value.

As so, in the case of any measurement error or production defect, we request you to send us pictures of it. We will then assist you and review the case before responding to you with a solution.

If your attire does not fit, Queen B – women business attire – will cover your product alterations up to 10% of the product price.

If you order an attire and you ask for standard sizes (according to the size on our website), in case of misfit you can return the product and we make another one, with the right size. The shipping costs in this case will be supported by you for both ways.

To request a refund for the alterations, the following steps need to be followed:

  1. Take your attire to the closest local tailor (or alterations shop)
  2. Send us an e-mail to and attach the invoice

We will refund you in the next 3 working days.

You must complaint for the alterations within 30 days after receiving the attire. Costs will only be reimbursed if you provide a real invoice withing 30 days after delivery.
