2. Services provided:

For the made to measure attire every product is 100% individually tailor-made and/or handmade according to the customer’s preferences and customer’s measurements. Hence, we DO NOT accept returns for any reason except production error. In the case of a production error, the customer is required to take and upload a picture of herself wearing the product displaying the error and email this information to support@queen-of-business.com . In the case of a measurement error, we require pictures showing the measurements which are wrong or the areas, which the customer feels does not fit her well (holding a measurement tape, showing the measurements). If your request for return is accepted, the customer will be notified immediately.
For standard sizes (according to the size on our website) attire, every product is 100% individually tailor-made and/or handmade according to the customer’s preferences. In this case, we DO NOT accept returns for any reason except production error, but in case of misfit you can return the product and we make another one, with the wright size.
The first time a customer orders any custom-made product there is a chance that the fit would not be 100% perfect. The need for minor alteration of the product or size adjustment might be necessary. Incorrect measuring does not qualify as production error.
Slight differences in shading of a product of the same fabric are possible, slight variations in the fit of two finished garments produced with the same body measurements may occur, but are generally not noticeable.
The product design interface on our website is simply graphic design and minor differences in appearance may occur.
Once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately and the production process is commenced instantly. Please note that cancellation of orders is not possible after the transaction is completed.
If you select our “own measurement” option, please note that the final product you receive will always have some addition/ease added onto your chest, waist and hips measurements. This is standard practice for tailors worldwide as it is necessary to have some addition/ease in order for the attire to fit you comfortably with movement.
For Shoulder measurements, there might be a need to subtract to give proportion for matching the chest and to make the pattern proportionate for each individual. Customers can request or be request, specific additional measurements not indicated on our measurements page (such as biceps, cuff width, cuff length, forearms) via email, once their order is placed online. The request for any additional measurements, and/or any special request, must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
As an act of goodwill, customer service and strive for excellence, Queen B – women business attire – will inform customers if we suspect incorrect measurement submissions. However, we will not hold orders for more than 48 hours. Suspicion of incorrect measurement submissions may also add to the delivery period.
The Product design image on our web interface is for visualization only. It is difficult to guarantee the exact color due to differences in screen monitors, brightness, contrast etc. That’s why we can provide samples of fabrics by request.

3. Prices, alterations, remakes and refunds:

Taxes are not included in the prices. All fees charged by Queen B – women business attire – are exclusive of any taxes, duties or other governmental levies or any financial charges. You agree to pay and be responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or charges for the use of the Transaction Services in addition to our service fees.
If the package is held in customs and duties are charged, we will reimburse the import duties (up to 15% of the order’s value). In order to request the refund for the custom taxes the invoice should be sent within 30 days after delivery.
All transactions made are through the online payment merchant. The customer receives payment confirmation when payment details are entered, and the ordering process is concluded.
We have no refund policy, as each item ordered is made individually according to your preferences and there is no resale value.
As we do not have a return or refund policy, we request you to send us pictures in the case of any measurement error or production defect. We will then assist you and review the case before responding to you with a solution.
If your attire does not fit, Queen B – women business attire – will cover your product alterations up to 10% of the product price.
If you order an attire and you ask for standard sizes (according to the size on our website), in case of misfit you can return the product and we make another one, with the wright size. The shipping costs in this case, will be supported by you for both ways.
To request a refund for the alterations, the following steps need to be followed: take your attire to the closest local tailor (or alterations shop), send us an e-mail to support@queen-of-business.com and attach the invoice. We will refund you in the next 3 working days.You must complaint for the alterations within 30 days after receiving the attire. Costs will only be reimbursed if you provide a real invoice withing 30 days after delivery.

4. Shipping:

Delivery time is: 15 – 21 days from the date of payment in Europe. The provided delivery date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors the delivery date could be different as the confirmed date. Shipping is free for orders over € 250 out of the production country (Romania – EU). Shipping is free for orders over € 150 in Romania. For order below this value shipping costs will be at a flat rate of 19,95 € (regardless of the number of products) – for orders shipped out of the production country and 4,5 € for Romania.

5. Intellectual and Industrial proprieties:

The Website and its contents are property of and held in the ownership of Queen B – women business attire – and are protected by national and international legislation concerning intellectual and industrial property. The User can only use the Website and its contents for personal and private use. Any other use is prohibited and will require the User to obtain the prior written permission of Queen B – women business attire -.
